RPG Training Systems Agreement 

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between RPG Training Systems, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer," and the undersigned participant or guardian thereof, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," 

1.. **Participant Commitment:**

   - The Participant agrees to attend all scheduled sessions of the program. If you are unable to make the session please email Admin@rpgtainingsystems.com

   - The Participant commits to maintaining respectful behavior towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

   - The Participant agrees to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the program organizers and coaching staff.

2. **Expectations:**

   - The Participant is expected to actively participate in all training activities, drills, and games organized during the program.

   - The Participant is expected to bring appropriate attire, including volleyball shoes, knee pads, and comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity.

   - The Participant agrees to inform the program organizers in advance of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation.

   - Athletes should be willing to commit a minimum of 3-4 days to strength and conditioning. Athletes will also be asked to take on self care, daily sleep goals, movement goals, and nutritional goals. 

3. **Payment and Refund Policy:**

   - The Participant agrees to pay the specified registration fee for the program.

   - Full payment is required upon registration to secure a place in the program.

   - Refunds will be provided according to the following policy:

   - If the Participant cancels registration at least 1 week prior to the start of the camp, a full refund will be issued. Minus a $50 Administration charge.

   - Cancellations made after the specified deadline will be eligible for a 50% refund, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances deemed acceptable by the Organizer a full refund will be issued.

   - The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.

4. **Photography and Media Release:**

   - The Participant or their legal guardian grants permission for the Organizer to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the program for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and marketing material.
