All athletes will be in the facility from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm every Monday and Wednesday
This year we are excited to host both session (Strength and Conditioning and Volleyball) at Playground Global - inside Activity Plex: 1305 Commissioners Rd. E.
The All-In-Pricing for the 8-Week program is $903 (with taxes in). Other payment options are available, including payment plans, cash, cheque or e-transfer.

We will be running 2 programs this year. One for males and one for females. Groups will be working on either the volleyball session or the strength session.
In addition to the 2 x per week in-person training at Playground, athletes are expected to take on additional at-home training (or during additionally supervised training) 2 days per week. This means that athletes should be willing to commit a minimum of 3-4 days to strength and conditioning. Athletes will also be asked to take on self care, daily sleep goals, movement goals, and nutritional goals.
