The Return of the Amazing Next-Gen High Performance Volleyball program!

This unique program was designed by Coach Rory - RPG Training Systems, Coach Melissa Bartlett of the Western Women’s Volleyball Team and now offers a Males High Performance Program developed by Patrick Johnston of the Fanshawe Falcons Men’s Volleyball Team.

This program is specifically designed to build stronger, faster and more durable athletes, that can develop new technical and tactical skills to dominate on the volleyball court.

We now offer an all in price that allows athletes to attend any or all sessions, and is a huge cost savings in a time of inflation.
